TLScontact has updated the appointment system for all visa applications to ensure a fair and well-managed process.

Who is concerned?This update applies to:

• Category C (Schengen – Short-Term) visas

• Category D (Long-Term) visas

How appointments are allocatedAppointments are now assigned exclusively through a waiting list. Once registered, appointments are allocated based on availability and queue order.

Applicants who already have a TLScontact account must log in once to be added to the waiting list. This one-time login is mandatory to secure a position in the queue.

Responsibilities of applicants

• Ensure that all contact details are correct.

• Regularly check email and SMS notifications.Failure to do so may result in missed appointments. TLScontact cannot take responsibility for missed appointments caused by incorrect or unchecked contact information.

Important rules

• One account per applicant. Multiple accounts or accounts with incorrect information are strictly prohibited and may result in rejection at the visa application centre.

• Accounts with incorrect information must not be deleted by email request. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 10 consecutive days.

• Each account must contain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
