Visa Application Fees
Um ein Visum zu beantragen, müssen Sie bezahlen:
- Visagebühr – erhoben für die Botschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Kampala;
- Servicegebühr – erhoben für die Bearbeitung Ihres Visumantrags bei TLScontact.
Achtung: Die Zahlung der Visagebühr und der Servicegebühr gibt keine Garantie oder Anspruch auf Erteilung eines Visums. Die Visagebühr und die Servicegebühr sind weder erstattungsfähig noch übertragbar, wenn der Visumantrag von der deutschen Botschaft abgelehnt wird oder wenn der Antragsteller beschließt, seinen Antrag zurückzuziehen.

The service fee, mandatory for any visa application, is UGX 172,000.00 (39.00 EUR). This amount has been decided in agreement with the consular authority and corresponds to the different services provided by the TLScontact centre (i.e. visa application reception, data processing, information collection, appointments booking, etc.).
The visa fee is fixed in EUR but payable only in UGX. The conversion of these charges into UGX depends on the current exchange rate set by the German Embassy in Kampala and is updated periodically. Therefore, the payable amount may differ from those quoted above. Please note that your visa application fee receipt will only quote the fee paid in UGX.
