Visa Application Fees
In order to apply for a visa, you will have to pay a visa fee and a service fee.
- Visa fee - collected for the Embassy of Germany in Uzbekistan;
- Service fee - collected for the processing of your visa application at TLScontact.The service fee is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 3 days in advance.
Attention: Payment of the visa fee and the service fees do not give any guarantee or right that a visa will be granted. The visa fee and service fee are both non-refundable and non-transferable if the visa application is denied by the Embassy staff or if the applicant decides to terminate his or her application.

* The visa fee, collectable only in UZS, may vary depending on exchange rates.
The visa fee is fixed in EUR but payable only in UZS. The exchange rate between these currencies is decided by the Consulate and is updated periodically, therefore the amount you are requested to pay may differ from those quoted above.
The service fee, mandatory for any visa application, is 31 EUR / 450000 UZS. It is payable online during the appointment booking process. This amount has been decided in agreement with the German Embassy in Uzbekistan and corresponds to the different services provided by the TLScontact centre (i.e. visa application reception, data processing, information collection, appointments booking, etc.).
Please note: In accordance with the Presidential Decree and the directives of the Tax Committee of Uzbekistan, cash payments for visa fees are no longer accepted. Payment by card only is permitted.
